Introduction

The department of operations is divided into two main units: logistics and information technology. The Director of operations takes care of global logistics. Both the training and research departments' logistics is the responsibility of a member of each department. The I.T. unit is responsible for the network, all databases (accounting and research), the website, and of all related I.T and computer matters.

In short, the operations department manages the Institute's equipment through:

• Providing equipment and furniture
• Managing inventory and meeting personnel's needs
• Organizing events
• Managing I.T. Equipment
• Managing various service providers
• Purchasing estate and oversee the building of the campus
• Ensuring that all the network's infrastructures are functioning well
• Ensuring the network's security and the well functioning of all servers
